All Jr. High (7th & 8th grade) and Varsity Wrestlers must follow the WPIAL Weight Assessment Plan:
Hydration Level - No lower than 1.025
Body Fat - No lower than 7%
Each wrestler in Jr. High and Varsity must be assessed by the first practice - November 13, 2006.
